On Sunday last (May 22nd), one of our valued customers & neigbours, HomeSchool.ie made an appearance on popular tv show, The Dragon’s Den. Home School was founded by Monaghan man Paul Kelly and is aimed at providing practical online educational training, lessons & support to Junior & Leaving Cert students across a wide range of subject areas. The company also aims to make it a much easier process for students to connect with online resources and teachers no matter their location.
On the show, HomeSchool founder Paul pitched his company to the Dragons and offered a 10% investment stake in the company in return for €60,000.
Paul, who is a teacher himself at Beneavin College in Finglas set up the company last year and has high hopes to grow it significantly over the next academic year.
