Regional Manager
Role Purpose
The Regional Manager is responsible for supporting and developing Branch Managers across all branches to maximise commercial performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure operational excellence. This role drives revenue growth, oversees compliance, upholds company standards, and ensures that each branch consistently delivers against targets and operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies.Key Accountabilities
Driving sales performance
- Support Branch Managers in achieving and exceeding regional revenue targets, conversion rates, occupancy levels, and profit objectives.
- Monitor enquiry management processes, ensuring consistent, effective consultative selling.
- Support the Branch Manager in analysing performance trends, seasonal demand, unit availability, and competitor activity and providing feedback to the Sales Director.
- Support the Sales Director with feedback regarding configuration of branches, promotions, and retention strategies.
- Support Branch Managers with price increases, revenue collection, and bad debt minimisation.
- Support Branch Managers in ensuring merchandising, insurance sales, and product add-ons maximise revenue.
Delivering store standards
- Ensure all branches meet operational, administrative, and store standards.
- Audit compliance with administration, banking, invoicing, customer contracts, and stock management.
- Support the Branch Manager with health & safety and security standards, feeding back to the Head of Operations as necessary.
- Ensure Branch Managers maintain safety, security, and customer experience.
- Support Branch Managers with feedback platforms and complaint resolution.
Management support for Branch Managers
- Provide management support including coaching and development to Branch Managers.
- Support the Sales Director with regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and coaching visits.
- Support Branch Managers in understanding team motivators and development needs.
- Plan regional staffing requirements with the Sales Director.
Skills and experience
- A track record as a Store Manager who delivers results through excellent people management.
- Demonstrated previous success in driving multi-location sales performance.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the levers that impact revenue.
- Excellent leadership experience with a track record of coaching others.
- Analytical ability using KPIs to drive decisions.
- Office administration experience.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
