We have an ambitious development programme, and that means we’re always looking for new sites & existing warehouses for conversion to self-storage.
We’re interested in freehold or long leasehold town centre or edge-of-town properties on main arteries that can accommodate an approximately 20,000sqft store over two floors.
Standard Store Format
- A circa 1.5 acre site, but we’ll also consider smaller sites in specific locations.
- Main road frontage with good visibility and access
- Located in town centres or edge of centre
